Our fees, stated plainly
Property search and acquisition carries a 5% commission, stated before any agreement is signed. An inspection fee of ₦20,000 applies where a physical inspection is arranged. Property management and retainership services begin with an onboarding and retainership fee of ₦150,000. Foreign investor services begin with a ₦250,000 onboarding fee. All fees are payable in advance to our verified corporate account, Noblemen Networth Management, GTBank 0614048211. We never request payment to a personal account.
