Property owners resident in Nigeria, property owners in the diaspora and investors who want Noblemen Networth Management to take on their property are required to pay a one off onboarding and retainership fee of ₦150,000 (150,000 naira). This covers file opening, physical inspection, documentation review, tenant and title checks, and reserves a dedicated property manager for your asset. You must accept this clause before the form can be submitted for personal WhatsApp follow up and processing.

Commitment and service activation payment
