Anti-Fraud Notice

Property fraud is the single biggest risk facing diaspora and first-time buyers in Nigeria. This notice sets out exactly how Noblemen Networth Management operates, so you can spot anyone pretending to be us.

We never request payment to a personal account

All fees, membership, retainer, management or verification, are paid only to a corporate account in the name of Noblemen Networth Management. If anyone asks you to pay a personal account, stop and report it immediately.

We never ask for your passwords or OTPs

No member of our team will ever ask for your banking password, card PIN, or a one-time passcode. Your members-only tool passcode is issued by us and should never be shared with anyone, including people claiming to be staff.

Verify every staff member

Before transacting, confirm the identity of anyone claiming to represent Noblemen Networth Management by contacting our official WhatsApp or email listed on this website. Do not rely on phone numbers or emails supplied inside an unsolicited message.

Official channels only

Our only official channels are the WhatsApp number +2347013847180, the email noblemensnetworthmanager@gmail.com, this website, and our verified social media accounts. Any other channel claiming to be Noblemen Networth Management is not us.

Never buy on documents you have not independently verified

Allocation letters and payment receipts are not proof of title. Insist on a Certificate of Occupancy or Governor's Consent with a registered Deed, plus survey and Excision/Gazette confirmation, independently verified at the registry.

Beware of pressure and 'today only' pricing

Urgency is the most common fraud tactic in Nigerian property. A genuine seller will allow time for a registry search and physical inspection. If you are being rushed, walk away.

Common scams to watch for

  • •Double-selling: the same plot sold to multiple buyers by an agent or family.
  • •Omo-onile levies: repeated community charges demanded after purchase.
  • •Government acquisition: land sold without Excision or Gazette confirmation.
  • •Forged C of O or survey plans that fail a registry search.
  • •Fake agents impersonating a registered firm to collect an 'inspection fee'.
  • •Deposit-and-disappear: pressure for a holding deposit before any documents are shown.

Report suspicious activity

If someone contacts you claiming to be Noblemen Networth Management, or you suspect a property fraud attempt, tell us immediately. Reports are treated confidentially.
