Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Noblemen Networth Management platform, products and services (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
2. Scope of Services
Noblemen Networth Management provides property acquisition, verification, due diligence, estate and facility management, rental and lease coordination, and wealth advisory services in Nigeria. Scope for any engagement is confirmed in writing before work commences.
3. Membership Terms
Noblemen Elite Membership (₦500,000/yr) and Noblemen Premium Plus Membership (₦1,000,000/yr) are annual memberships that unlock specific benefits described on the Membership page. Memberships are personal, non-transferable, and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 30 days before the renewal date.
4. Retainer Fee Terms
Retainer engagements (Property Acquisition, Rental & Lease, Property Management, Asset Preservation & Wealth Management) require signed scope of work and payment of the applicable retainer before work begins. Retainer fees cover professional time, inspection, verification, due diligence, negotiation and reporting.
5. Fees and Payments
All fees are quoted in Naira and payable in cleared funds before service delivery unless otherwise agreed. Third-party disbursements (registry fees, ministry fees, legal fees) are billed at cost.
6. Refund Policy
Membership fees are non-refundable once the member has accessed member-only services. Retainer fees are non-refundable once verification, inspection or negotiation work has commenced. Where Noblemen Networth Management has not yet commenced work, a pro-rata refund may be granted at Noblemen Networth Management's reasonable discretion.
7. Client and Noblemen Networth Management Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate, complete and current information. Noblemen Networth Management commits to professional care, confidentiality and independent advisory, and will not accept undisclosed commissions from sellers.
8. Intellectual Property
All reports, documents, tools, dashboards and content produced by Noblemen Networth Management remain the intellectual property of Noblemen Networth Management and are licensed to the client for their internal, non-commercial use only.
9. Limitation of Liability
Noblemen Networth Management provides professional services with reasonable skill and care. Noblemen Networth Management is not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses, or for third-party actions outside its reasonable control. Total liability is capped at fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will first be addressed by good-faith negotiation, then mediation, and if unresolved, arbitration under Nigerian law with venue in Lagos.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
12. Amendments
Noblemen Networth Management may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to members via email or WhatsApp.
