Membership Agreement

1. Parties
This Agreement is between Noblemen Networth Management ("Noblemen Networth Management") and the individual or entity registering for Elite or Premium Plus Membership ("Member").
2. Membership Tiers & Fees
Noblemen Elite (₦500,000/yr) and Noblemen Premium Plus (₦1,000,000/yr). Fees are payable annually in advance. Benefits are those stated on the Membership page at the date of registration.
3. Member Benefits
Priority verification, discounted retainer rates, dedicated relationship manager, Noble AI Assistant, and tier-specific concierge services. Full list is published on the Membership page and may be updated with notice.
4. Renewal
Memberships auto-renew unless the Member gives at least 30 days' written notice before the renewal date. Renewal fees reflect the then-current pricing.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach with 14 days' written notice, provided the breach is not cured. On termination the Member's access to member-only services ceases; no refund is due for the unexpired term unless termination is due to Noblemen Networth Management's breach.
6. Retainer Fee Process
Any transactional work (acquisition, rental, management, wealth preservation) is engaged under a separate retainer with scope, fee and timeline confirmed in writing before commencement.
7. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's confidential information secure and use it only to deliver the Services.
8. Member Responsibilities
Provide accurate information, respond promptly to due-diligence requests, and pay fees when due.
9. Noblemen Networth Management Responsibilities
Deliver services with professional care, act independently in the Member's interest, and safeguard Member documents in the secure vault.
10. Acceptance
By checking the acceptance boxes at registration, the Member confirms they have read, understood and accepted this Agreement, the Terms and Conditions, and the Privacy Policy.
